"We asked Raffi to design and build custom built-in bookshelves in our home office. He made important improvements to our draft design, including incorporating a desk within the bookshelves. He was receptive to specific requests we had for the project, including adding two file drawers and three toe-kick drawers. He communicated frequently to make sure we were on the same page about customization decisions. We had a tight timeline, and Raffi worked overtime to make sure the project was complete when we needed it. We are very pleased with the outcome; it has completely revamped our office!"
