"There are TWO people at this location that have REALLY helped my husband and I out because we have been loyal customers for years, but I was forced to call corporate for the first time yesterday because the sales manager was ridiculously rude, ignorant, and disrespectful to my husband when he tried to make a payment yesterday. He said to my husband, “Well, that won’t make a difference on your account…why would you even purchase furniture you can’t afford?” I tried calling the location THREE TIMES and NOBODY answered. First off, people come to your place of business because you’re allowing them to make payments on things they can’t afford out right and being flexible with them. Secondly, you don’t speak to loyal customers that have gone through your company FOR YEARS and paid off multiple things with no problem, and last but not least, who are you to judge your customers? I’m not one to really complain or unless people are extremely rude, to even place a call to corporate, but there was NO NEED for the attitude, the disrespect, and especially when you are ONE PERSON making the rest of your staff look like idiots. Maybe employee training should be a thing with required education for learning how to treat customers because a particular someone definitely needs it."
"Have 2 payments left on my washer, dryer. Asked to schedule a routine check on the dryer, doesn't seem to be drying properly. Schedule a day for them to come out, take off work for them to come out. I wait around all morning, finally I'm like I have stuff to do like where are they?? I open my door and see a paper saying sry we missed you. My neighbor tells me that the tech walked up on my porch, didn't knock, ring my doorbell or nothing. Seen my dogs on my back porch, turned around and went back to his truck. She said it didn't look like he wanted to be there. Now I call and this is what I hear from the other associate. Oh he was there, and we called and left a message. Ummmm no tf you didn't! No call, no message, like I'm looking at my phone, you're a lier! I lost $300 for a days work, bc someone didn't want to do their job. Funny how you can get ahold of me when a payment needs made."
"Furniture that's affordable ... I went online, saw what I liked, called the store to check, and had it delivered the next day! Whether it's Rachel in Boardman or Bob in Austintown; Aaron's aimes to please. Never had it so easy. I love the new furniture and "can't thank you enough"! To those that have issues; ... can't please everyone despite trying. With me, Aaron's rocks! Thank you ... I will be doing more business in the near future (leasing power)."
"I love some of the workers at Aaron’s I have had in total 4 accounts with Aaron’s all paid off I received a call from the store manager Nikki she was very rude very aggressive and just didn’t have a nice personality you would think that after paying off 4 accounts that I would not be talked to like that especially after explaining my situation it sounded as if she was in a bathroom or cafeteria and was just very displeasing to talk to after I pay off these 2 final accounts with Aaron’s I was going to rent something else but I will take my business elsewhere customer service is everything to me I can see if I ignored phone calls or was a month behind but it cost nothing to treat people kind and talk to people kind"
