Dunkin'

"We were in as a group ordering dunkin, while one of the members in the group came out of the bathroom and the floor was wet, with no wet floor sign. He then slipped and fell on his back and the employees kept making coffee and did not even acknowledge that anything had happened. The employees then said they did not know what to do about it and did not even offer to fill out an incident report. He did not get a sincere apology, we are very disappointed and will not be going there again."

"I have stopped here a few times and ordered the cold brew with cold foam. They got it right and coffee was real strong just way I love it. 5 stars for you!"

"Super clean (including the restrooms!). Donuts look the best of any Dunkin I’ve been to and a great variety! Friendly staff - drinks great too. I don’t understand the low rating!"

"I’ve ordered here 10+ times since it has opened, mobile ordering included, and I’ve gotten my order completely right maybe twice. They have you check your order in the drive thru to make sure that you have everything, which is mind blowing to me. I’ve had items completely missing, wrong items, and items that were made incorrectly from what was described on the menu. If you order donuts, expect the wrong ones. Last mobile order, they threw away my receipt and I had to explain and show the employee that I did in fact order 20 minutes ago and already paid. Employees seem untrained and unaware. Very unorganized"

"Dunkin’ just opened up this week (9/11/22) in Clarion where the old CVS once stood. I don’t visit Dunkin’ frequently so I don’t have a go to menu item that I order, so I try new drinks and food items each time I visit. I placed a mobile order at 7:00 am on a Tuesday and the place was packed - both inside and the drive thru. Even though it’s a small lot, they offer a decent amount of parking spaces (small lot is available behind the drive thru). There was a line in the drive thru, but it only took us about 5 minutes from the time we arrived until we reached the pick up window. Our order was ready when we arrived. We ordered a medium chai latte, medium signature iced latte, munchkins, and a maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich. Everything ordered was received and as expected. The medium hot and cold drinks are different sizes - medium hot was half the size of the medium cold and both were the same price. I guzzled my little drink down fast since there wasn’t much, so now I know to either get a bigger size or order it cold next time. The kids loved their munchkins as an early morning breakfast. I ate the breakfast sandwich and it was good. The bacon definitely datasets like maple sugar, so expect that if you order it. The employees were kind and courteous. We will be back to try new things."
