"When I ordered through the app, it estimated that my order would be ready in 24 minutes. When I pulled up to the window the app said that my order was ready. When I got to the window, all of my food was ready except the cinnamon rolls. I waited an additional 10-15 minutes for the dessert to be finished. In the meantime, the rest of my food that was already prepared was slowly getting cold. The boneless wings were cold. The pizzas and breadsticks were in a food warmer, but by the time we got to them, they were lukewarm and kind of dried out. Nothing was hot. The food was good, but It was cold. This order was not what I would have expected from Pizza Hut based on past experiences at this store. The folks we dealt with were nice enough and did their best, but the food was nowhere near worth $38."
