"Stopped here on a road trip. Somehow the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time. Food made incorrectly. One of my quesadilla slices had nothing in it??? Maybe a little staff training or rearranging is needed. Cinnatwists were disgusting, someone needs to teach them how to change their fryer oil."
"The staff was nice, but the food… my mom HATED her food, and I had to spit out half of mine. The burritos were actually the smallest burritos I’ve ever seen, and I frequent Taco Bell (been to them in 3+ states). It was the size of my fist (I have tiny hands). The rice was so burnt that it was literally BLACK. It felt like chewing broken glass. I could spit out some of the rice in mine, but my mom got a bowl that was mixed with rice. My other food was fine. I am driving from out of state and was really hungry, so it was super disappointing. I also used my points in the app for one of my items :("
"Nachos were rancid and inedible. I bit and spit. Ordered a black bean burrito with no cheese and no sour cream. They put cheese, I returned it, they remade it, my daughter but into it, it had meat and sour cream. The diet cola had a chemical bitter taste. No apologies, and they kept refusing to taste the nachos. Finally, one worker did and said it was fine, but they did then chuck the whole premade lot. The absolute worst restaurant experience. I couldn't bring myself to eat the rest."
"Drive thru service is great but the food not so much. Got a Quesadilla the tortilla is hard and there is barely anything in it."
"Good service and good as expected. It’s convenient to order on the app and pick up the order in the drive through. It saves time, let’s you process the menu, and get rewards too! Had a great experience when I was here last. The staff was friendly and helped me customize my order with ease. I don’t come here often, but when I do I have good experiences."
