"I’m usually impressed with my kohls shopping experiences. My December 8th experience was quite disappointing. I’ve been ordering my Christmas gifts via in store pickup this year since I've been work late evenings. I ordered a package of Nike Dri fit socks and when I picked up the package I quickly peeked inside and then placed the package with my Christmas stash without checking them closely. Last night when I went to wrap the socks, I noticed a clearance sticker on the back that wasn’t properly peeled off and the socks are dirty. Now I’ve been hearing all this stuff about kohls marking up clearance stuff to the original price, and then making people believe it was a bargain when they purchased it for more that the clearance price, but I had convinced myself that maybe some of those people were exaggerating. Now I know differently. I’m keeping the socks because I’m shipping them across the country and I want them to arrive in time for the holiday. I usually do a lot of my Christmas shopping at kohl's, but now I see the store in a different light. Do better kohl’s! Dang!!!!"

"This Kohl's by the Valley Mall in Hagerstown is nice but its stock seems to get more and more limited. The jewelry selection has been reduced greatly. It's still great place to shop and the staff is super helpful and friendly. It's just the selection of items can be disappointing more often than not."
