"I really love shop rite and is why I am giving them two stars but only two stars for the following reaso- I went to the self checkout lane and got snapped at by an employee multiple times. Not sure giving a customer a bunch of attitude for checking out at a self checkout is appropriate. I thought self pay checking out is there to go at your own pace and yes interact with employees when help is needed. Not for employees to come over and give you crud when they feel like it. Would suggest the employee Self-check out their attitude and learn what some call customer-service."

"Online ordering has been a nightmare. Produce is regularly moldy (bottom half of a red onion entirely mush), eggs have been left in white bags (they put cold items in blue bags, the eggs where in a white bag and were very warm), yogurts with expiration dates the day after your order, juice bottles given with labels missing (how do I know if it's the right juice?), cake mixes put into a blue bag and put with the rest of the frozen items (not a problem, just ... weird). I've had to sit waiting in my car for 45 minutes after calling multiple times saying I was there. They rarely ever substitute anything unless you put explicit instructions for each item you want substituted. I wanted a loaf of bread and they didn't substitute it with any other bread? You have an entire aisle of bread?? Just pick a loaf, it's bread??? Prices are decent - that's probably the only good thing I can say about this store. They never respond to inquiries on their website - you have to go physically into the store to get anything fixed. I don't get it. They're so consistently inconsistent it's amazing."

"Everytime I come here the lines are packed. There are never carts in the front. There are more workers walking around than actually checking out shoppers. Today there were 5 people policing the self check out and they were extremely rude. They need to do a better job at how they allocate their manning."

"Nice and clean grocery store, good variety of items, well stocked neatly arranged shelves, friendly employees, convenient self checkout counters, plenty of options for to go food, be it rotisserie chicken, soup and other carry out items served hot and fresh."
