"1st trip to Pet Depot July '23. I changed my mind, decided to write this review. Upon walking through the door, a man in his 30's-40's w a beard asked to help us. I said it's our 1st visit, can you briefly tell us, what services P.D. provides? He snapped at me very sarcastically, sighed loudly waving his hands, "well? do you want to walk around, buy something, what do you want?" I stared in his eyes, we looked at one another, younger employee looked uncomfortable. Rather than leave, I said we want to wash our dog. The man directed the employee to show us that area. The look in the young man's eyes acknowledged the nasty attitude. We washed the dog, and I stared again as I paid, to remind his disrespect, we walked out. We sat in the car for a few minutes half expecting him to apologize. We discussed his attitude as we washed the dog, driving home. You are forgiven and we hope everything is okay with you? 2 stars for the young man's integrity. Won’t be back."

"Great selection of pet products and a really awesome bath section. It's easy to move around in, each stall is separate and private, there is a grate to keep the paws out of the dirty water and an industrial hair dryer. Also, a doggie pool as well although we didn't have a chance to use it yet."
"The people here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have 4 little pups and am a raw feeder so finding healthy options isn’t always easy. They offer the best brands and what they don’t carry can usually be ordered. I’m addicted to the place as if I’m shopping for human food. Lol. I’m so happy I was introduced to this wonderful boutique. And they have a dog pool folks!!!!"
