"My burger was cold. The cheese wasn't melted. Hubby's burger was awful as well. Wendy's bacon burger was 10 times better. Next time we will go there. Also the bathroom was gross."
"I had a work meeting on New Year's Day and worked doubles everyday that weekend missing my son who was home alone. I worked 70+ hours last weekend and just needed some takeout. On New Year's Day, I pulled in right before 8pm. I stood waiting and waiting and waiting for staff to acknowledge me, look at your video footage. No employee should turn away business, that should be grounds for termination within hours of operation. We take all business. To ignore a customer that would have tipped well over 20% on THE slowest day of business all year should not be allowed to continue employment! This was my first stop, the second was Red Lobster, only to be turned away by the bartender. Olive Garden accepted my business that day and I tipped well. Shame on the night crew at your establishment on New Year's Day for ignoring a paying customer. This is the Greensburg Westmoreland Mall store when someone contacts me. I'd like to file complaints on the staff whom worked that evening, thank you. I would get fired if I did that to a customer."
"Got seated at 538 pm and got our soup at 620 pm the worst service, never saw a manager in the store to talk to. The service at this location has never changed."
"Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an Eat'n Park, ever. We often frequent Eat'n Park because of consistency. Location was not busy at all. Possibly 8 tables at most. Not this location! Upon arrival at 4:50 pm we were stared at as if we were in the wrong place or perhaps we were some type or of mutants or aliens by an employee behind the pie case for over 10 minutes while waiting for a host/hostess who was abscent. After being seating, we were greeted by a polite waitress who took our order at 5:10. We ordered dinners and salad bar. Salad bar was filthy, unstocked, and had very little available items, and no breads, muffins, etc. Soup of the day was empty. Multiple people complaining about it. Waitress returns multiple times apologizing for the dinner wait explaining "I'm sorry, I don't know what they are doing back there". Food arrives at 6:01. Burger dry overcooked and cold. Turkey sandwich with mashed, ice cold. Chicken broccoli Alfredo ice cold, no alfredo sauce, dried out penne, and raw uncooked broccoli...we don't complain, but asked for a little alfredo sauce, she comes back with a 2 oz. Dipping sauce cup of cold Alfredo sauce, saying I'm so sorry, this is what they gave me. Meanwhile, manager is now out helping stock salad bar. She seems flustered and busy over the situation. We did not complain, tipped the waitress well cause it's not her fault, and didn't mention anything to manager because she was busy. After an hour we didn't want to wait longer for replacement food and in fear of the unethical, disrespectful kitchen staff of potentially messing with our food. Situation needs addressed or place should be shut down until training is provide and/or staff is replaced. As mentioned earlier, I rarely complain, but $60 for 3 cold dinner (with 2 children) is a crime and the kitchen staff should be ashamed of their lack of respect to customers, management, and waitresses, who are most likely taking the abuse and lacking tips due to the cooks behavior. I always feel this chain to be consistent, but this was on a level of its own. And by far hands down, the worst experience dining, in my entire life! Shameful. Check #55, total $57.36 date: 12/10/23 Waitress was awesome and I feel bad for her! Management be assertive and either train people or learn to fire people. With all the surrounding chains being packed I should have went with my gut instinct upon arrival waiting 10 minutes for a hostess and being looked at like a farm animal etc."
"Solid food and prices. Our server Mary Ann was great. Atmosphere has a great small town feel, so much so that we felt we were eating amongst family and friends here! The smiley cookies are pretty yummy too."
