Domino's Pizza

"So after a year I finally decided to try them again because the newer reviews said how great they became. Pizza still sucks. Greasy and tastes just as bad as it did last year. Ridiculous overcharge on delivery fee before you even tip so I picked it up instead. And now a call center of course. Anyway I get there met Chris the new manager. I ask him did you guys get new management. He said yeah 6 months ago I don't know why you feel the need to ask that. So right there similar attitude as last year with the previous people that worked there. So no sorry but they have not improved at all."

"This place is awesome. Manager chris and nick are treasures. These guys care significantly about their brand and customers.This place prides itself on accuracy of sales. I've never had a wrong order since Chris had taken over. Nick is fire too. Makes orders too good. Just enough burnt crispys make every order fire"

"Never get delivery here. Takes forever and shows up cold. Last time there were holes in our crust on our cold cheese pizza. On our pepperoni, there were only 17 pepperonis, which makes enough for 2 pepperonis per slice, so they went light. We stopped buying from here after 3 straight bad deliveries. *EDIT* I've even reported this store to corporate, and coming back to check reviews, it seems that nothing has changed. Still horrible food with horrible service. I won't risk ordering here. I miss the Rochester PA Domino's. *EDIT* 50% off, and I still wont order from here. It's THAT bad."

"I ordered med 2 topping po,za 2 orders of 8 piece mild hotwings and one 2 liter of Coke. I ordered this for delivery. Although my house is less than 8 minutes from the store, I had it being delivered because it was late at night. Problem: for the second time in a row my order was wrong. The first time they completely forgot my drink that I paid for. I let them know through the app, then recieved this free pizza which I was attempting to use last night. While I did recieve all categories of my food it was way wrong! We recieved 2 20oz diet cokes (I'm allergic to the aspartame so couldn't drink them), 2 orders of wings but they were plain and unsauced. My entire order was cold, literally I had to heat it up in the microwave because it was cold. Order was ready at 9:34p, but wasn't delivered until 10:09p. In an attempt at getting my correct order, I called to the Greebsburg PA store 4x and could not get an answer. On top of that, the app didn't work, so I couldn't report the issue there to even get a credit. Now because it's after 16 hours later, my order cannot be notated for a wrong issue, so I'm writing this review. This totally sucks that so much money was spent, the order wasn't correct and I couldn't even get it fixed. Buyer beware. Although prices are cheaper than some pizza places here, go with the other pizza places! It's not worth your money to have it wasted on Dominos. Sorry Dominos, I tried you 2x in a row and both times were bad."
