"IronRock is an extraordinary experience. The environment is striking, modern, and comfortable. The staff was warm, attentive, and professional. The entrees were absolutely incredible in taste and presentation, and the drinks were fabulous. It all leads to a ‘must visit’ recommendation. We will be returning with frequency. Our recent trip was very enjoyable, thanks to our server, who was very friendly & communicative about our order status, and the quality of the food & drink, which was delicious, satisfying, and quite filling."
"This was my first time at the IronRock Tap House. The atmosphere was excellent, the service was on point, and the food was delicious. I will be back again. Thank you, Rachel, for taking care of our group!"

"Terrible experience! I’ve been here once before and had horrible service but thought maybe it was just a bad day… now I know it’s their standard practice. Without going into too much detail, the service is the absolute worst! We waited so long for drinks that everyone went to the bar to get their own. Don’t even think about drinking the moldy water that they served. The food came out wrong multiple times. The salads came out with the meals for some. Some had to wait 40 minutes for their entree. The item that really sent us over the edge was when a baked potato came out with a BONE in it. The chef came out to explain that it was not a bone but rather an old rotten part of the potato. Bone or not, it should have never made its way to the table. After a completely disappointing experience, the manager took off one entree and some of the appetizers that were messed up. Which was not nearly enough! If I had any recommendations for this place, I would really focus on service. Food should come out at the appropriate time and in a timely manner. Both experiences that I’ve had here were terrible service experiences!"
"I shared a 5 star review 2 years ago, but it's gone downhill and I won't be back. The menu is now small, and mediocre for the increased prices. A martini for $17.50 was half full, with house vodka from the soda sprayer, weak and with one olive. An old fashioned had a barely noticeable speck of a cherry. Salad was not offered as a side anymore. We paid the $6 upcharge for a side salad, and the croutons were so hard they could break a tooth, and it contained a brown lettuce core. The entrees, my filet was good, and my husband's parmesan crusted chicken was okay (a little dry). The nashed potatoes taated like instant potatoes and had no chives that we could find. Our server was 2 weeks in and couldn't do anything for us, according to him. Disappointed, and not likely to return."
