"Went in with my 80 year old mother-in-law on broad st. and they would not let us use the restroom. The sign on the door said for employees only. When I inquired about it that we had used it before one of them said (with attitude)well not anymore . Why is this? Is this legal. The site does say it has a restroom available. We were there for an hour."

The processes and procedures are antiquated and overly conservative, which, while in place to protect their clients, make it very difficult to do business. They don't follow up, their response time is slow and the general incompetence of the staff make a very long and frustrating experience. Save yourself the added fees and inconvenience and do your banking online with Ally."

"Just went here to withdraw from my checking acocount and Nguyet Le tried to tell me I cannot withdraw money out of my account unless I made the payment on my heloc because it was past due but still within its grace period outlined in the loan agreement. The two are completely different predicts under two different agreements. She ignored the fact that I was right and sent me over to the African American male associate while being ignorant to my concerns. How is she the “Assistant Vice President Branch Manager”, but hates dealing with customers and is in denial ?????"
