"I have celiac disease, went to this location about a month ago. I informed the manager about needing everything gluten free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything I got in my bowl wasn’t cross contaminated. She went into the cooler to get all new toppings, I was given fresh rice and they cleaned the entire counter / changed gloves before making my bowl. I was treated so nicely and not made to feel like a burden which happens often when you tell someone you can’t have gluten. I did not get sick which is a huge win. The manager also comped the meal because it was my birthday. Everyone in the food industry should take notes from her! I appreciated this more than she probably realized."

"The mall location is definitely better and worth the drive. This location notoriously and frequently runs out of ingredients, chips and even plasticware. The quality control is poor and the blame has to go on management. When they have the right ingredients and you don’t have some unfortunate luck with a worker who gives you tough proportions, the entrees turn out alright! Hopefully this location can pull it together and figure out their supply and demand issue before it closes altogether which would be a shame!"

"The last 4 times we’ve gone, there has been something wrong with our order. This time my “bowl” was a burrito. Each time the chips were also stale. The last 2 times the guacamole had no flavor. We love chipotle but this one in particular has really gone downhill."

"This place has really gone down hill, they can't get an order right for take out, they can't figure out how to consistently use the appropriate amount of salsa, lettuce, etc, or they forget it completely. Here is extra lettuce, there are 8 tiny pieces, that's it. And this latest order came with about a half a cup of liquid in it. I dumped it out, then saw there is basically no lettuce when I asked for extra, then realized this place stinks anymore and took this picture. Seriously 7 out of my last 10 orders have been screwed up some way."

"Ordered a bowl and drink for delivery. I don’t know how you guys managed to do it, but the guacamole was the most aggressively bland guac I hav ever tasted. No lime. No onions. No salt. Just flavorless, mashed avocado. Almost impressively bland - I am shocked at how bland you’ve managed to make your guac. As for the drink I ordered - I received an empty cup. Cheers gang."
