"I recently just had a blowout at Command Performance. While the staff was exceptionally nice, I was very disappointed with my blowout. The girl did not even wash my hair and I thought the whole point of getting a blowout is for them to blow dry your hair. I asked for big curls, and all I got was my hair straight even though I had asked for big curls and to be tied up on the side. Neither of those request were done and I was so upset with my hair that I didn’t even ask for it to be redone. I spent $48 and did not even get my hair blown out which is what I had made the appointment for. As I said, the staff was very friendly, but just not what I have gotten in the past when I had booked blowouts."
