T1 Nails

"I had been going to Michael at T1 nails for about 6 months since I moved to the area. I thought I had finally found my nail salon as his work was wonderful. However, my last experience was awful. I asked for a milky white color, and then he suggested a nail style and said if I didn't care for it he would remove it . Initially, I thought I liked it, so he did another nail. Quickly after I decided I'd rather just do the milky white I had decided on Initially and asked if he could remove the 2 nails and just do the milky white (which took.about 5 extra minutes to do as I timed it) which I thought would be no big deal seeing as I'm a paying cutomer. He was very rude and told me to "never to do that again", then continued to mention that if I didn't like something to let him know right away, along with little jabs of asking why I didn't like the style. I felt I was being reprimanded in front of the whole salon and customers as a few other clients looked at me, I was horrified, gaslighted, and embarrassed almost to the point of tears. I sat through the rest of the appointment in silence, paid, and left. They do great work but are horribly rude. Will never be returning and found a great nail salon just down the road from where they are that treats me kindly and does the same quality of work. I value my respect a million times over a good manicure."

Manicurist took her time and made sure I was getting what I selected from the samples. Turned out beautifully. Will suggest my dghts, who live locally, go to T1 for their next manicure.
