"I came to this place about a year ago to get my hair trimmed and thinned out.(Keep in mind I have curly and pretty thick hair and my stylist could see this when I walked in) So I had an appointment and I was about to go get my hair done and the manager who was doing my hair let this other lady go before me because she was her neighbor. This made me mad but I was already there so I just went with it. Then I finally got called up to get my hair done. She washes it and then says how my hair is uneven and stuff like that. Like I'm sorry that covid happend and I had to cut my own hair. Then she thinned it out I went home. When my hair finally dries my hair wasn't even thinned it was the exact same. Never went back after this. So in the end I payed to get my hair washed and to be judged for cutting own hair."

"Kasey colored my hair today and I am thoroughly impressed. She did full head foils, highlights and low lights, and also cut my hair. She was amazing. She was so easy to talk to and there were never any awkward moments of silence. I have heard horror stories or ppl going to chain hair places so I was a little scared but Kasey did not disappoint!! I called when they opened at 9am and made an appointment for 11am and that worked out great. I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t feel rushed. She was just really nice and a cool down to earth woman to talk to. Thank you Kasey!!!"
