"I took my 11yr old daughter in Saturday for a haircut. She had to stand to get 2” cut off. Took about 5 min. $24 and she didn’t get shampooed or anything and to top it off the haircut was extremely uneven and I had to fix it when I got home. Very disappointed and will definitely not be returning!"

"I had a Hair Bleaching Session Done on 11/30/2023 and the Stylist Failed to Bleach the Sides and Back of my Head but charged me 100 Dollars for the Service without explaining any details or saying why. Shouldn't there be some sort of Refund offered bc of this 100 Dollars Definitely isn't Cheap! Definitely not a good experience with this Salon!"

"Went here to get a style and eyebrows done, they got me in and out in less than an hour! I showed pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result! I felt awesome! Affordable, great service, and extremely friendly stylists!"

"Kayla did a haircut and full color and I didn't mind waiting to have it done because my hair grew back and she did aan awesome job and it's the second time she has done my hair and I am very happy with the way she has done it and I am very grateful and I highly recommend her !"

"Update - this company cares more about money then their customers !!! Save yourself the disappointment, money and time and go to an actual good salon because this one will do nothing but mess up your hair then blame your hair and keep your money leaving you with nothing but a little less cash and ugly hair !! Should have definitely went with my gut and waited to go somewhere else will never return and will warn anyone who plans on going ! I went here and a girl named Shannon cut and dyed my hair.. she cut it WAY shorter then asked and even shown an image of the length. Then the dye in my hair used turned it multi colors orange roots it looked terrible! Was told since it was 530 already to go home and sleep on it lol went back thwnext day trying to just get a refund bc I didn't trust them to re mess up my hair, was told since my terrible haircut couldn't be fixed I could have a refund for that part but as for the 100 I spent on the dye it could be fixed so I was supposed to sit there for over an hour and let them fix it. I should have been able to leave this salon feeling refreshed and happy not in tears !! I've tried reaching out to corporate with no response seems like customer satisfaction means nothing to this business"
