"I was going to have a pool installed earlier this year but their service people kept missing scheduled appointments and after almost 3 months of hassle, I canceled my order. Least professional operation I ever attempted to work with. Very bad customer service. Clicked "No" to "Did you use this business" since never ended up having pool installed."

"I am a disable veteran as well as the owner John. He told me it would take 3 days for them to installed our pool. Lie took 3 months +. At first they were nice but then after you pay they do a 360 on you. Never on time. Was to work on my pool but went to Virginia. I called and was told be there tomorrow no show..I stopped the payment as was told that he will take me to court. I told them politely when they start work I will reissue the check till then I put a hold on the check. After 3 months my pool was in. But the left the land scape trashed, They damage my porch and never told me. I told them and was told "so" and refused to pay for the damage to my porch. I call several times and they always had an excuse. Truck broke down. skid loader was in Virginia then Greensburg excuse after excuse. After the pool was done we were told that they will close it and open it @ no charge great right wrong. I made an appointment for May 20 They came out and I was told I had to empty the cover and have it below the skimmer. They said they will be back tomorrow May 21 well what a surprise no show. Called and was told sorry and they will be out on Saturday May 22 again no show, no call. I call again talk to the service person on May 24th told her my problem and was told I have to get the owner involve and they will call me back. Well it's June 1 no call no nothing. I called back and was told that it will cost me $100.00. I said wait it was to be free of charge this is breach of contract She said That's what John told me to tell you. Then they hung up on me. $36,000 dollars for receiving bad & terrible service. Nice way to treat a disable veteran and a fellow disable veteran at that. They take your money act nice at first then do a 360 and your trash to them. They come when they please never on time with no explanation. They tell you one thing then do another. Please if your going to or think of using this company think twice. I going to call the media and see a lawyer for breach of contract. We will see what happens Oh and by the way if your a disable veteran your receive no discount of any kind. Please don't use this company and if you do good luck and read the fine print. I had to give 1 star because it would not let me post, if it wasn't for that I would have gave them none. I mark poor quality for service. If I think of anything else I send another email. "We bought a pool from them. First the guy that leveled our ground took out way too much dirt and charged us extra. He put it in awkward spot and I had to pay someone else to take away the dirt. The pool only lasted two years. It was installed incorrectly and the liner was pressed against one of the metal uprights. Had 10,000 gallons of water all over our yard, the neighbors and down the road. They would not admit it was installed incorrectly at all. Took another pool company to look at and see what caused the hole. Thankfully, the insurance covered it. I won’t ever go in that store again"
