"Today was my first time going to Encore Studio. I was looking for a good stylist who also could put tinsil in my daughter's hair. Audra did a fantastic job with her cut and the tinsil placement. I was enjoying the atmosphere and wonderful staff that I decided to have my hair cut as well! Leah fit me in while Audra was finishing up my daughter's. Both stylist were absolutely excellent and prices were reasonable!"

"I usually don't write reviews especially bad ones but I don't want another mother to have to go through what my daughter and I experienced at Encore in Butler. No shampoo and cut just straight dry cut which caused her to be in pain while it was being combed out. Then after getting her home come to realize it was cut at an angle. Luckily, I was able to fix it up a little bit but it's still very noticeable. Glad she's only 7 and doesn't care but this momma felt bad."
