"If it wasn't for the fact that my pharmacy is in this store, the chances of me going in there is zero. I will NOT leave the wonderful people at the pharmacy, but the prices at Martins is so high. Too high for a person on a fixed income. Thank you but no thank you. They DO however, have a great manager there. I wish I could remember his name. He goes out of his way to help whenever he can. "The self checkout is awful! Every time I go there it doesn't like the way I scan so I have to wait for an employee to help. I might as well stand in a long line and let them do the scanning from the beginning."

"This is the best grocery store in Carroll County. They still have real live cashiers to scan your items! Wonderful customer service. Friendly staff members willing to go above and beyond to help. The rewards program ROCKS. I get free food every week using my points, plus amazing sales. I'm very frugal and do a lot of coupon clipping. Martins has great deals. Trust me, I study the sale ads each week of ALL surrounding stores. Martin's almost always wins. Some other bonus reasons to shop at Martins: they offer a free banana for kids, and have a robot!"

"Just ran in for a few things. Wanted a round pumpernickel load but they didn’t have one. But got everything else I needed. Would prefer to have someone check me out but few lines that had cashiers were long. Still pretty busy at 7pm on a Saturday."
