"I dropped off items in June that I needed embroidered for the Christmas season (stockings, easter baskets, and a toy) I told them no rush. I called in August asking if the items were ready yet and was told only one of the six were ready and that the others weren't ready due to a special part being required for some of them. They said they ordered the part and to call back in a few weeks. I called 2 MONTHS later in October and was told they would have to look for them in the back and call me back. I didn't receive a call back. Same situation a week later. It is now a few days before December. I called and was told I'd get a call back within 5 minutes as they needed a minute to track them down. 15 minutes later, I got a call and was told they're all ready for pickup. My mom drove 45 minutes to pick them up for me today only to find out that only two more of the items have been completed...so almost six months later I still don't have all of my items and wasted 1.5hr of my moms time and gas to pickup part of an order. Though friendly and affordable, I need my items."
