"Worst Wendy's I ever been to one car in front of me and waited over a 30 minutes for a biggie bag while I got to watch employee standing there eating frostys with no care in the world at all about getting order done. This isn't the first time this has happened and it was a doordash order to begin with so it was previously ordered before I even got there and it still took over 30 mins and still wasn't done so I left wasn't worth the wait."

"Had to send good back 3 times, and they still couldn't get it right. Go down the road a few miles to the next Wendys you may have better luck."

"Is there a reason why your doors are locked at 1115 am on Wednesday? The drive thru has cars in it, can't get in the dining room. If you're understaffed and can't open the dining room, at least have the decency to put a note on the door. I'm in a box truck and I don't fit in the drive thru. I'll keep that in mind because I come by here three days a week, I'll go somewhere else for lunch. I'm also editing this to let you know the service at the Delmont location was great, and a bonus, their doors are unlocked."

"We stopped at the drive-through on our way home from the airport after a long day of travel. We ordered a Dave’s Single meal and a Dave’s Double meal. Unfortunately, we should have checked the quality before we left the parking lot. Once we got back on the road, we found that the sandwiches were lukewarm at best with absolutely no toppings on them. Half of the fries were cold and soggy. Paying over $20 to receive two completely dry burgers and cold fries was incredibly frustrating and seemed to be an intentional act by the staff because we came through the drive-through 45 minutes before closing. We filed a complaint directly with Wendy’s as well."

"Stopped by for lunch. Restaurant was clean and had a bright, modern environment. Food came out quickly. Fries tasted fresh and were warm. Baked potato was tasty. Bathroom was clean as well."
