"Frank served me and my big crazy family. (Party of 13) He was absolutely phenomenal! Even when an issue came up with my cousins food, he responded professionally and fixed it right away. He was very attentive and well organized from start to the very end. Being a former waitress myself, I know my family isn't super easy to serve. But he was respectful and even joked around with us. I would definitely ask for him for future visits! In terms of service as a whole, the other staff were also very accommodating; from phone service to assisting with bringing food out. They were all pleasant. I had the pasta with steak and shrimp. Steak was a little tougher than I like but still delicious. I recommend getting the potato soup for sure! My fav! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Frank for taking care of us."

"We waited 10 mins to be served. Ordered our food to go. Took about 30 mins. to get it. Walked next door to the hotel. Food was cold it was obvious it had set for a while before they brought it out. The lack of French Fries with my burger was sad."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER— NEVER EAT AT OUTBACK & Definitely not at this location (see update that affirms this). My wife was stuck at home and horribly depressed while I was away after my father passed away so I spent $57 ordering her a steak from this location. Look at what they sent. This is the worst quality steak I’ve ever gotten anywhere. It’s horrible. 90% of it is pure fat and it wasn’t cooked properly either. It literally is all going in the trash. Do not recommend this location. Jim McCalla UPDATE: so this was the result of doing as I was told to try and be compensated for this horrible experience. We have apparently lost $57. Complete incompetence and a HORRIBLE customer experience. Amy - this is an absolutely ridiculous situation and response. The Outback restaurant prepared and gave the garbage steak to the Uber eats delivery driver. As mentioned my wife was horribly depressed and I was dealing with my father’s passing. Someone from Outback told me to contact you and I provided the info and example a 2nd time when I’m in the middle of mourning the loss of my Dad and helping my Mom and family. You tell me then I have to go through Uber eats after saying you accept full responsibility. I try to do that tonight now that I can breathe (yesterday was Dads funeral) and it says I could only do it 24 hours after the order and it’s not eligible. I will never be eating at an Outback again and will write negative reviews accordingly as this is not how people should be treated. Seems Outback doesn’t really know what “accepting full responsibility” means and could care less about their customers. Completely and absurdly ridiculous. Jim"
