"The pharmacy is the worst. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru with no cars for the pharmacist to approve the medication. (Never got it because of the wait) We have tried to come pick up the meds for over 2 weeks now and when we do they are so busy we can’t wait hours. I have changed my pick up location. Now it’s time for my husband to do the same."

"Will definite be switching pharmacies for my next order. My wife was in the middle of getting our prescriptions and the gentleman behind the counter told her they have to close for lunch and cannot finish pulling her order. She would have to come back after lunch. Couple that with NEVER being able to get through on the phone, prescriptions that take 4 days to fill and the hospital told them they were needed that night (they WERE done but never called until 96 hours later) and wrong prescriptions and it's been enough now."

"After this prescription gets filled, I am switching! 5hrs after a scripts sent in from the Dr @2:30 still no prescription. Online chat was useless, told call the store, after 26minutes of automated hold, i went to the store, waited in line to be told we're short staffed. I said I've been hearing that since corona started, and it's getting old. She said should be ready in 30 minutes. A blster pack in a box doesn't take this long! The longer it takes for me to get better, the longer i'm off work without pay!"

"Waited in the drive thru line 11 minutes before they were closing. Knowing that there are cameras, they knowingly shut the window let alone not acknowledge me at the window or even apologize. When I rang the bell, they finally answered and said the pharmacist left already. I was at the window at 6 and your pharmacist left? Went into the store to see if I could get my medications and told them the same thing and had to literally argue with a manager to get corporates number."
