Hair Cuttery

"Unfortunately, this place hires anyone with a pulse; no experience needed or customer service skills expected. I came here for the first time on 9/16 and the receipt said $52 for a blowout on long hair and $14 for flat iron--$66 total. My next visit was on 10/21 and the receipt listed $44 for a blowout on long hair and $18 for flat iron--$62 total. My third and final visit was on 11/7 and my appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I got there 5 minutes early and Nicola is still doing someone else's hair. 4:05 Nicola walks over to me and says just five more minutes. I explained to her I need to be out of the salon by 5:15 because I need to be somewhere else at 5:45 and need adequate time to get there. She says "No worries, you'll be out of here by then". It is now 4:15 and Nicola is still doing a client's hair. I ask her if I should come back another day, because it takes her a longer time to do my hair and she snaps at me "Didn't I just tell you I would make sure you're out of here by 5:15?". She starts my hair at 4:20, finishes washing and blow drying it at 5, then starts flat ironing my hair soon after. She doesn't get finished until 5:25 (with some parts still frizzy and not straightened). I hop out of the chair and go straight to the counter. The total is $75 and I ask why since the price is usually in the $60 range. She says "It's because you have long hair". As I am trying to show her email receipts on my phone from previous times she did my hair, the manager said Nicola "forgot" to charge me the additional $13 the other times (this 11/7/23 visit I was charged $44 for deluxe blow out, $18 for flat iron, and $13 for "long hair blowout"). I said my hair is shoulder length and has been the same length since I started coming here in September. The manager rudely said "Well she should be charging you a lot more anyways". I will NEVER come here EVER again!!!"

"He doesn't deserve any stars, I took my son, he asked for a specific cut (I showed them a photo of how he wanted it) the lady cut his hair a lot, my son said not to cut it anymore, and my son also wanted me to cut it. her hair was wavy, in conclusion the lady gave her the haircut she wanted, I do not recommend this place, especially not for her male children."

"Alyssa was phenomenal! From her attention to detail down to the pleasant small talk, it was truly a pleasure. I may just exclusively go to her for my hair services! An awesome experience, one I look forward to seeking out again. Generally speaking, staff seemed nice and the place was clean! What you would expect from the establishment here. "I never leave rewiews but my sons haircut was a disaster. Not blended and choppy in the back. No fade in the back like i requested. Hairline in the front was really crooked and there were some long strands not cut left. Stylist was more focused on conversating than the actual haircut."
