"I had an outstanding experience at foiled there attention to detail began even before I arrived, as the receptionist went above and beyond by calling multiple times to confirm my preferences and ensure we had ample time for our appointment. Teresa was amazing, She not only worked wonders with my hair but also made the entire process enjoyable. Her friendly and easygoing nature made me feel comfortable, and we had a great time chatting. I highly recommend her for not just her skills but also the wonderful atmosphere she creates."

"Have been to this salon two times before my recent visit and always loved the work my hair dresser did.. Well she unfortunately moved so they booked me with another one of their stylist and since it was just a basic haircut for both me and my daughter I thought it wouldn’t be too bad. Well it wasn’t great. Showed up to our appointment and was greeted by their receptionist who is always so welcoming and kind, but I feel like she is the only one. The hairstylist that was doing our hair greeted us with no emotion on her face and just said “ready?” Before walking us back. No introduction or anything. She asked us what we wanted do with our hair and that was literally it. Don’t engage in a single conversation with us the entire hour and a half. My daughter is 5 and this was only her second haircut and the stylist kept seeming annoyed with her as if she expected her to be the perfect client and sit completely still or follow commands. She had no patience with her. I was also charged for a “Long hair haircut, Shampooing & Styling” when my hair was maybe a couple inches below my bra line when the appointment started but then I chopped 5 inches off of it before she even shampooed me… so it’s not like I used extra products or took more time to cut. The styling charge was for a blow dry that already needed to happen because the stylist stated she was going to cut my layers when it was dried… so I’m confused as to why I was charged for that as well. Over all the atmosphere just felt very dull and unwelcoming. Even amongst the stylist themselves there was little to no talking, like everybody was in their own world and the customers didn’t exist. I will likely be choosing a different salon"

"came in because i wanted to get bangs. Natasha was great, she listened to my request and my pictures. very quick and very nice. price was great and im definitely coming back when i need my hair done again!"

"I went to the salon for a Balayage and ended up with full highlights (all foiled coloring). I wanted a shadow root and ended up having blonde pulled to my roots- so not a shadow root. I was also charged $250 for this service. I asked for long layers and ended up with a basic hair trimming. The hair coloring came out looking nice but I didn’t get a balayage, shadow root or long layers. I was shocked at the price to say the least and the use of foils. I’ve been getting my hair done for 20 years so this isn’t new to me but one of the most expensive services I’ve had and I use to go to high end salons in CA. Needless to say I’ll be looking elsewhere for hair service in the future. I would recommend this salon for highlights only. My service was more of a foilyage which is not what discussed."
