"Terrible experience So many things I had an appointment with Nancy at 10am and when I got there she had someone else in the chair doing a wig install that’s the first thing the price has always been $225 she tried to go up on the price saying it was $245 when I showed her a picture of how I wanted them done said it’s because of how small I wanted them which isn’t true I’ve had my hair braided there before and by a different lady who I don’t know her name but she did a good job anyway and it’s always been $225 I wasn’t going to pay that ridiculous amount when I wanted them the exact same way and I told her then she went down and said she’d give me a discount I was there almost an hour until she even touched my hair! She was still working with the lady and when I got in the chair she kept talking to another lady who worked there I don’t know her name but she also did a terrible job I’ve had braids plenty of times and they’ve never hurt when Nancy started to braid My hair it HURT she was braiding too tight and I told her and she said oh it’ll last longer they didn’t and that shouldn’t matter if I say it’s tight LISTEN i was there from 10am till 7pm! She kept stopping to eat, talk, do other peoples hair who just had walked in and while she started doing someone else’s hair she had the other lady start doing mine again now that was in January By February my braids look like they’ve been in for months they look horrible and I am furious about it some braids also hurt still THAT’S HOW TIGHT she braided and I had pimples in my scalp too I texted her to tell her all that recently she was rude saying stuff like there is nothing she can do, so like what do you want me to do, you tell me, also said she could fix a few but it won’t make a difference I am very upset with how quickly my hair is looking bad I paid my money and I should’ve had good customer service and shouldn’t have this problem I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THAT SHOP AGAIN WAST OF MONEY AND TIME! Don’t waste your time and your money Hope this place has no service!"
