"Took my son's in for school picture haircuts. The youngest haircut came out ok, oldest looked ok while there. Got home and washed all the gel and stuff out of his hair. Nothing was even, looked like a big mushroom. I tried to get him in somewhere else before pics but couldn't find an opening. I look at his picture and see how they treat someone with a disability. Don't be just a name or a number there, find someplace that has some pride and professionalism. Just because you have to waite an hour at times does not make it a place good. Pay a few extra dollars and get a professional haircut somewhere else."

"my husband came in today (6/24/23) for a hair cut. he didn’t like the hair cut but still chose to tip, he definitely should not have. she didn’t listen to what he wanted, was rude, and the hair cut is choppy and completely uneven. my toddler would’ve done better with a pair of scissors. VERY disappointed. will be calling tomorrow to see what we can do to fix this atrocity."

"Place isn't a complete dumpster fire, but the staff doesn't care about addressing customers appropriately and believe that their opinions on YOUR hair are more important than what you or your child actually want done. They will argue and play the victim when you call them on their behavior. This makes me question previous visits and money spent as the issues I've seen here of them messing up cuts may be deliberate, because they don't agree with your preferences. "I'm a professional... it's my opinion..." is not an excuse to ignore a paying customer's wishes and cop an attitude. This is particularly frustrating after their garbage appointment system forced is to rush lunch with two small children after being told that there would be at least an hour before they could se us."
