"Is there a way to give a negative rating. 7 years ago chose Martin Stove in Butler due to poor service in Monaca. Made the mistake of getting a part thru that store. They are incompetent. Have no idea what is available thru their suppliers. Claimed to look up the part, ordered. When it was determined to be incorrect, would not accept return on a special order. Be very wary doing business there. Martin Stove is worth the drive and employs professionals."

"The whole process was wonderful. Marlena helped me pick out the perfect stove after listening to why and what I expected out of a pellet stove. I went back a week later to order pellets and a base. They two gentlemen working that day explained the different pellets they had and helped me pick out a base. They installed on they day the said. The two gentlemen were wonderful. They answered my question, took the time to explain everything to me then had me demonstrate that I understood. They stayed till all my questions were answered and everything was working as it should. They cleaned up and took everything with them. I felt they genuinely cared for there customers. It was more that just a sale to them, they took pride in what they do. Never did I feel rushed, the whole process was awesome. You don't find businesses like this anymore."

"Awesome company and installers. We recently went close to 72 hours without power after widespread windstorms came through our area. My Mom has been wanting replacement gas logs for our fireplace. She stopped by Buck Stove Fireplaces today and picked out new gas logs. Surprisingly, the installers were able to come the same day and they did a great job of replacing our old copper gas lines with stainless steel lines and installing the new fireplace. The installers were all very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Buck Stove Fireplaces — Now we are all set if we lose power in cold weather!"

"Converted our wood burning fireplace into gas and had gas logs installed. Installers did a great job. We have a ranch home so running a gas line to the fireplace was a challenge but they got the job done! Highly recommend Buck Stove! And so nice not having to lug wood into the house anymore to light a fire. Just hit the remote and you have a cozy fire!"

"These guys seem awesome. Long and short I got bait and switched from this company. Called to get a wood stove insert that I knew I wanted. First guy I talked to was very knowledgeable, thought about it for a few hours called back and tried to buy the stove. Second guy I talked to was very knowledgeable. They offered me a good price, I offered to pay the whole thing, they took a deposit. Got a call a few days later saying I need to pay an additional $700... These are not acceptable busines practices. The claim was about using the wrong catalog even though the second guy who took the order talked about typing with one hand to get the price from the computer. Honestly the final price that they gave me was not unfair, But I went somewhere else because I'm buying a high end wood stove, not a used car from a guy that wears a plaid suit."
