"It's a little slow getting food here as it seems they always have too few staff but everything usually tastes good and most of the staff is very friendly. If you order ahead make sure you not in a hurry because there's a change your order won't be ready when you get there. This has happened to me a few times."
"My bill was 43 dollars and it was terrible, my turkey bravo was a mess, no lettuce, no bacon they put crumbs of bacon in it, my soup I actually had to ask them to heat because it was cold... the buffalo chicken melt had no chicken on it. The whole meal was terrible and the staff wanted to close at 7pm even though they close at 9."

"It seems like 25-50% of the menu is "sold out" at this location. This location has always been worse than the Cranberry township one. It is a disgrace to walk in with your kids hoping for lunch and dessert....only to find out so many things are "sold out" or unavailable. It's hard to know if it's really due to lack of supplies or a simple lack of adequate staffing."
