"Fries were hotter than my rotors on my car rolling into this joint. Best Mcdonald’s in the area! Literally drive forty minutes just to come to this store!"

"Took the grandkids for a happy meal. I noticed that two of them had the same toy. I ask the cashier if they could exchange one of them. A young lady in the back snapped at the cashier in front of me. Said no exchanges! I'm not angry about the toy. It was her attitude. She was just nasty. She said "what is she mad now?" Right in front of me. I get rules, just not rudeness."

"Cannot beat McDonald's fries as long as they're made fresh and eaten right out of the fryer same thing with the chicken nuggets. The Quarter Pounders are really good whenever they're just out of the grill. The Big Mac is good but she thinks the Quarter Pounders are better"

"Staff is very rude, unprofessional, and is regularly belittling customers. Manager on duty at 10:11 on Wednesday September 13th 2023 was yelling at staff and customers. I understand stressful work, but there is absolutely NO excuse for blaming a customer for your mistake, or yelling at the staff for your failure to communicate properly. Wait times are ridiculous, staff would nit help anyone in the lobby, and the tables looked atrocious. Overall this location needs a change in management, and a complete retraining."

"I am gonna call and give my compliments as well. But oh my word, the best McDonalds I have ever been to. And we travel a lot, and worked for McDonald's. My boyfriend has worked at three different locations down in Washington County. Your food was fresh, hot, and tasted generally better. Fries tasted like potato. The meat was so good, but not dripping in grease, and your frappe was perfectly made. The staff was also kind and funny. One girl seemed tired, and I can imagine why, she deserves a raise! She was so amazing and helpful, and still smiled. She had reddish or light brown hair in a pony tail. Can't thank you for that enough."
