"I came into this salon asking for a trim on my bangs and split ends. When the hairdresser asked me if I wanted a wash, I told her that I just wanted the trim, no styling. She then only trimmed my split ends and bangs for about 20 minutes. Then, I was charged $80 for a "haircut". When I told the receptionist that I clearly did not get a full haircut, a wash, or styling - just a quick split ends and bang trim - she rolled her eyes and argued with me that I came in for a haircut and it was my decision not to get a wash or style. I told her though that I was being charged for a service I didn't get. After a back and forth, they charged me $40 for a man's trim. A typical hairdresser will charge you rightly for trimming your split ends and bangs, but here they tried to play off a service worth $20 as something worth $80 without actually doing any of the work. I have gotten actual "haircuts" here before and know the work that goes into one. Beware of the way they nickel and dime you here. After coming in here regularly, I will not be coming in here again."
