"I usually don’t leave reviews, however, tonight I feel the need to. I have been looking for a specific costume for my 7 year old daughter for a bit now and haven’t been able to find it. I tried Party City as a last minute shot and called. A kid named Colin took amazing care of us tonight. He answered all my questions over the phone and even had everything pulled and waiting for me when I got there. I was just very impressed by his attitude and how he handled my hectic phone call with care and truly made my daughter’s Halloween. He deserves to be recognized for that. So, thanks Colin!"
"Getting balloons waiting at balloon counter 2 cashiers checking out people never came to help me then manager came over i said ive been waiting and no ones helped me he proceeds to tell me i can't check out there i have to go to front me...then manager came saw me there"
"Had 8 latex balloons filled up. They said it would last 6-8 hours and ours actually lasted about 20 hours. Service was quick and the employees were friendly. Great visit for balloons."
