"all i can say is this does not apply to everyone at this credit union, but the 2 i dealt with were not willing to help me. i applied for a car loan twice. the second time I was sent on what I call a "wild goose chase". the terms I was given were very discouraging, plus I was told that it would be difficult to find anything, so HE knew I was set up for failure before i even got started. please whatever you do, find another credit union. most of these reviews are negative for a reason. you've been warned! Further, watch out for STEVE AND HOLLY! btw, are they related, or is it something in the water that makes them so dog gone, nasty and miserable? update: oh, now, they (whoever they is, no name given) want to talk. too late! if you wanted a good review, you should have did it right the first time, partner. keep it movin' i'm not interested!"

"The credit union is so bad . Went to deposit money into my account and asked for change back and the lady there told me that she can’t give me change. I thought that’s what credit unions do is give you money in exchange for your check. Also this meeting me at the door makes me feel like I stupid and can’t find my way to the counter . They say it’s to make it more personal, why fix what isn’t broke. For years I would walk in and they would all know my name , those days are gone"

"I have read a lot of these comments, And I cannot say I have had a bad experience once. A majority of the one stars are from people who have been financially irresponsible. Every time I have applied either for a loan or credit card, I have been given proper advice before making that decision. I am extremely thankful for all of the people whether the tellers or the credit department people have spoken with."

"Service was good. The associate handling the account was very personable. However, when I tried to set up an on line profoile, I was unable. The site would never tell me what I was missing to finish the profile. Horrible site."
