"The bank manager was extremely rude and we never have a good experience seeing her. I asked if I could transfer my foreign money and when she couldn’t figure it out she just handed me the money back and said “we can’t do it” . There is foreign currency on the tv behind the tellers of course they can do exchanges, but when she couldn’t figure it out she just said no . Not a happy person to be around . Thanks"

"The bank manager is extremely rude...the atm took my money and said $0.00 deposit on the receipt I went into the bank and the manager told me it was almost 5 and the bank is about to be closing then continued to look at the other bank teller and roll her eyes and shake her head I told her that's not my fault then told me I will have to wait 10 days starting Monday for my cash... I had to fill out a dispute form and not once did she apologize....rudest woman I ever met"
