"This store seems to hire a lot of young people who aren’t well trained on processes and procedure. The store also seems to have an extremely high turnover rate as there are always new faces. I would not recommend this location."

"I recently visited Party City to purchase a single balloon for a preschool graduation. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating and disappointing. When I inquired about the wait time, the staff mentioned it would take 2-3 hours due to the graduation season, which I understood and accepted. However, things took a turn when the “manager” suggested purchasing a helium tank instead, but at an exorbitant price of $40 for just one balloon. I found this unreasonable and declined the offer. To make matters worse, when the cashier asked again about the estimated wait time, the manager suddenly changed their response, stating that I could pick up the balloon at 8 pm. This contradicted their earlier claim of 2-3 hours. The most disheartening aspect of the experience was the manager’s attitude and rudeness. Their demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional, adding to the overall frustration. I believe that if the staff had provided accurate information from the beginning, the situation could have been handled more smoothly. Misinformation and poor customer service are not what I expect from a store like Party City. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their customer service and communication. It’s essential to treat customers with respect and provide accurate information to ensure a positive experience."

"My daughter normally gets the decorations, so I was totally lost on how to select items for a birthday party. The team there helped me out and my wife was very happy with the selection."

"Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't like the cost of helium per balloon. I get that it cost money for helium but almost $2 a balloon is ridiculous. Dollar tree will blow up the same plain latex ballon with no extra cost."

"Typically busy & the line doesn’t move too fast. Register doesn’t do it so employees must calculate discounts on their phone then put into the register. Weird. Good for specific party things you might be looking for."
