Hair Cuttery

"My recent visit to the Hair Cuttery was marked by disappointment. Booked the appointment for classic blow dry for 29 dollars, and ended up with Deluxe blow dry for 43. Apparently, there were comments about my daughter's hair being a lot resulting the extra charge which were inaccurate. The absence of an apology for these discrepancies for their mistake left a professional service lacking in customer-centricity. Clear communication and accountability would greatly enhance the customer experience. I will not go back!!!"

"Let’s just say I will NOT go to any other saloon, than Hair Cuttery, Auto Park Bethesda, Maryland . And, my hair stylist, Saba is the best in the business when it comes to shampooing, conditioning, and especially detangling she is the overall best. from what my hair was when I first started going to a Cuttery in September 2022 what it is now in September 2023 it is amazing to see the quality the Grote and the luster. From about 8 inches in length when I first started going there a year ago, my hair is now a good 24 inches long.
