"I will not be going here again. I went in there asking for a TRIM and only my dead ends. And showed her how much I wanted off. She took off more than half of my hair (I had long hair) and got shoulder length hair...then asked me if I liked it AFTER she got done chopping it all off. Well I don't have much of a choice since it's gone anyways....never again, I will continue going to my expensive salon where I get my hair colored because they know what they are doing and actually listen to what u want."

"Eyebrows hot waxed. I recommend Supercuts to anyone I take my autistic son there. And Tiffany the manager is very good. She does a great job. And with my hair as well. I won't go anywhere else. Tiffany has been running that place non stop. By herself his the pandemic. Couldn't get any help. She's been doing a great job. People need to understand that. And be patient with her."
"My boyfriend made an appointment for 1:40pm. The store called him at 1:27pm and said they were ready for him. We left immediately and arrived at 1:35pm. We waited for 17 minutes. Finally, a stylist, Tiffany, opened the door. She said that all three stylists had called him but couldn't get ahold of him. Then she asked the people behind us if they had appointments as if my boyfriend didn't. Then she shut the door. My boyfriend continued to wait to speak with another stylist and they told him they would not cut his hair."
