Reviews
"Have been here twice. Very good atmosphere with maintained hygiene. The taste, quantity of food and pricing is really good about this restaurant, no complaints."
"I am out of state and after hearing raving reviews, decided to give this joint a try for a family dinner. After ages, truly enjoyed overall experience at Banjara Flavors of India in Ashburn VA with amazing food and prompt and friendly service during busy dinner rush. It is a gem for scrumptious North Indian fair. For appetizers we got Dahi puri, pani puri, palak chaat, raj kachori, and soya chapp tikka and everything was absolutely delicious. For dinner ordered entries for the table : malai kofta, Punjabi kadi, paneer makhni, dal tadka, butter chicken and chicken biryan with assorted naans, roties and parathas. Finished the meal with rich classic desserts such as Gajjar halwa, moong dal halwa, and rasa malai. Not to forget thoughtfully crafted cocktails and mocktails! Overall a wonderful experience in a family friendly restaurant. My absolute fav was soya chapp tikka. Can’t wait go back!"
"An indian fare with yummu food. The appetizers; we had pani puri, and katori chaat. The katori chaat was like a big kachoori and was so crispy, and the sauces were just right. We also took the lamb biryani to go. Mango lassi was good."
"Nice Indian food in Ashburn Food was above average but not great. Butter Chicken and Paneer makhanwala had same sauce which was a let down. The mocktails were very refreshing. But a bit expensive. Lachcha parantha and Roomali roti were very good. Rarely one gets roomali roti in VA, but they had made it truly roomali. Biryani tasted well, but was more NorthIndian/ Punjabi style rice dish. Overall the food was good, may be we had heard better things and were expecting it to be better. The servive and atmosphere was top notch."
