"Wrong order delivered. When I called to let the store know, they were incredibly rude and hung up in me. This store needs to be shut down. It is a disgrace to the brand."

"This Papa Johns staff is the worst. They will tell you it will be delivered in 25-35 minutes, then an hour and a half later when the delivery doesn’t come and you try to cancel the order, they hang up on you. Avoid this place unless you love being jerked around and treated like your business does not matter. update: Our food was finally delivered about an hour and a half after promised time, and it was cold pizza and the kids are now violently sick from eating whatever the papa John’s delivery guy brought us"

"Shameful. Place ran by uneducated teenagers. Funny how I ordered square cut and my pizza was in triangles. What’s even funnier is that when I was paying there was an issue with their old outdated card machine. I asked the cashier for help and he pressed a random button and then asked me to pay. I noticed the total was off but I thought it was taxes until I saw my receipt and saw that he decided to tip himself. I asked him about it and he said “ you don’t have to tip us” I replied “ well.. you already tipped yourself” he then said “is that okay?” … Are you serious? How desperate do you teenagers need to be to tip yourself on a customers card.."

"I knew I was calling 15 minutes before closing time and I was prepared for the worst lol but they outdid themselves. By far the best pizza I’ve ever had at papa Johns and just what I’ve always wanted and never gotten. I will be ordering from this papa Johns again."
