"Today I had the immense pleasure of visiting the best antique establishment I have ever been to! As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a wonderland of every sort of item imaginable from glassware to books to furniture to art and more. I had a lovely and informative chat with Mr. Roach himself, who was friendly and extremely helpful with his vast knowledge of the trade. I highly recommend a visit! It is a wonderful place to bring family and friends for a fun and unique outing"
"This is a really fun antique store. They have hundreds of antique glassware, candlestick holders, and lamps of all shapes and sizes. It is extremely clean (no roaches haha) and unlike many antique stores I’ve been too everything is very clearly labeled with a description and price. The prices were higher than I was willing to pay, but not outrageous. Very cool would recommend. Note: For anyone who may struggle with mobility. You must access through a set of stairs and the stairs are leaning."
"Amazing Antique Store! Doug Roach was awesome to talk to - very knowledgeable - ask him about their lamps! We had a great time perusing through collections. Incredible collection of unique boudoir lamps, unlike any I’ve ever seen. Was impressed with fair prices for such rare and unique finds."
"Been coming to roaches in the attic for about 3-4 years, now, and I absolutely love this store. The wonky (but sturdy) steps to get in the building are a great introduction to a great store. I first learned about uranium glass here and it sparked my interest in glass collecting, which I often come back to collect more. I find the prices to be a little high in some areas, but there are still things you can get relatively cheap such as records or old newspaper ads. They have a small, but interesting, collection of books which have filled in the gaps in my own bookcase. The owners of the place are very nice and quiet people and genuinely make the trip to Roaches worth it, even if I didn’t buy anything. I definitely recommend Roaches in the Attic Antiques for those that like to explore and see antique/vintage items."
"This was a lovely antique store. My favorite part was the slanted stairs that lead up to the entrance. Once inside you are greeted with all kinds of glassware, paintings, books, knick knacks but all quality pieces. The are neatly labeled with name, date, and price. Everything was clearly marked and in place. If you are looking for a unique gift this would be a great place to search. Only accessible by the stairs and it is tight so no strollers, carts, or kids. Too many breakables!"
