Sadaf was very personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the various models. She wanted us to be sure about the one we selected because you only get one exchange after purchase. She also offered to throw in two pillows at a discounted priced if we purchased from her store. Since she was very helpful, we decided to ask about some more beds that we needed for guest rooms and she helped us select them. We went home to think about it and do research. She called us and offered more perks. We came in the next day and walked away with three additional beds!
