"Staff was nice enough, but I was sent entirely the wrong direction for an item. Be aware that since mid 2023 you can no longer return any item without receipt or credit card you purchased it with. Too many people are stealing and trying to return items. Places used to limit the amount in a time frame, but nothing can be returned now."
"I recently ordered the EGO POWER+ Peak Power 56-volt 24-in Two-stage Self-propelled Cordless Electric Snow Blower. When I purchased the snowblower, the team made the process easy and advised they would have it assembled. Roughly a week later I picked up the assembled snow blower; however at the time the team was unable to find the two batteries and charger since they are separated when the snow blower is being assembled for security reasons. The manager at the time advised he would give me a call back when they found them. I did not receive a call back five days after picking up my snow blower so I went into the store. Pierre, the manager on duty when I went back, did not hesitate and found the two batteries and charger within minutes. Pierre was also knowledgeable about the product. Pierre had a positive attitude and demonstrated professionalism and good problem solving, far above my expectations. If anyone has an issue I would highly recommend working with Pierre to solve your problem."
"It’s a nice Lowe’s location. They have way more selection of backsplash tiles than Home Depot. I do not like that you no longer have a cashier checking you out. This is not limited to just Lowe’s but it’s the trend I’m the industry to save cost."
"First time in this location. Dropped by to get some garden supplies and couple things I need. Keith and Francis have been very helpful in getting to where I should go. In and out in no time. Well stocked location, clean bathrooms. garden center is nice, with birds hopping and singing on the rafters made shopping experience more enjoyable"
