"Project : Roof Replacement. Ordered Approximately 100 Plywood sheets for my project. 1.Placing the order and payment process went seamless and safe via their online setup. No credit card info was shared, which these days you can’t be careful enough. 2. Scheduling the delivery - the person in charge with delivery details was very nice and provided a wide range of days and time windows for when the materials to be delivered. Not to mention that due to some issues with my crew I had to reschedule. This was done simply by calling the main number and providing my info. They were very nice and rescheduled without any questions asked or making me feel guilty of a situation I was not in control of(just saying, as it happened in the past to me). 3. Delivery - Delivery day I got a call first thing in the morning letting me know that they will be there at the scheduled time, In addition the driver called one hour prior ensuring I am home and letting me know the exact ETA. The pallet was pretty heavy but the driver made sure to positioning in the exact same spot and orienting it in the direction I have requested. Need to mention that I am a picky person, but he made sure my request were full filed. He had very nice attitude thing I can say about all the people I have interacted with during this process. Thank you Campion, and I wish more companies would follow your example in terms of professionalism and customer satisfaction ."
