"Giant has really gone downhill. Maybe everything is going downhill. I love self checkout, but since the shoplifting has gotten out of control, the sensitivity on the bagging area has become almost unusable. I saw a woman get caught trying to steal items that she hid under bagged items in her cart tonight, so i know the problem is real. I really don't blame Giant. I blame the people in the community who ruined it for everyone. I just changed my rating from 5 stars to 3."

"The seating arrangement at the Starbucks need remodeling. It seems it is only serving the purpose of the employee, who enjoy their break times. There could be more small tables with one or two chairs so that customers can sit in privacy. At the moment the Starbucks sitting are is hardly customer friendly."
