"I went to the Rockville location. I was interested in buying two sofas, had already done my research. It took about 10 minutes before a sales woman (I didn't get her name) approached me. She answered my questions but seemed like she was in a rush to help another customer. If I'm spending that type of money I want your divided attention. When I made my choices she walked me over to look at swatches and I never saw her again. I did have to make a call that lasted less than 5 minutes and she could clearly see when I was done. I literally sat at the table a good 15-20 minutes. I even saw her look at me several times but she never approached me again. Luckily, the store manager was nearby helping some customers and he kept asking if I was being helped. I told him my salesperson left. When he finished with the customers he was working with he helped me with finalizing the purchase. He was great and kept apologizing for me waiting so long. If it wasn't for the manager helping I would have walked out."

"Megan greeted us as we came in and we said we wanted to look around. She said she would be happy to assist us when we were ready. When we found what we liked she answered our questions. I wasn't ready to buy that day, but came back the next day and she completed the transaction and explained how delivery would go. I feel that the furniture is well made and look forward to receiving our purchases."
"We are very glad we got the email about the sale. We got our 3rd and 4th recliners, this timein leather. We like the sales associate's style - let you wander and sit. Check in occasionally for questions. I have told a number of people about the store and sale. Ben answered our questions and wrote up our sale, sweetening the already great sale prices. We are trying to think if there is anything else there we could use. I highly recommend the store, products, and salespeople."
"Absolutely our experience was very welcoming. From the time we walked in with friendly smiles, until we left with buying a recliner. Our salesman was very accommodating/helped us find the right chair, color, comforts that were important for us & our surroundings. Looking forward in receiving our Lazy Boy in June.
