"I was very happy with my experience at Max's. Bruce really knew what he was talking about and I spent less than what I was budgeting. I have bought previously used golf clubs with no issues. Buying a previously used chair was no different. The chair is in excellent condition and they give you a 2 year warranty. Why pay full price for a high-end chair when you can get one in perfectly fine condition for less?"
"Excellent and friendly service. Initially I bought a cheaper 5700 Star Chair, but after sitting on it for 2 hours. Knew I made a bad choice. Fast forward to today. Spoke to my very knowledgeable salesman Bryan. Promptly was advised to bring it back in to do an upgrade exchange. No restocking fees or questions asked. Now I got a Herman Miller Aeron C chair. Like almost new. Feels so much better at my desk. Highly recommend this warehouse. Also 5 stars to Bryan who knows his chairs and never pressured me once. He also put the chair in my car 2X. Will recommend Max's to other friends and family. 5/5"

Working more from home, my wife and I decided to upgrade our desk chairs, but we wanted to keep within a reasonable budget and shopped for used. We got in touch with Brian, who walked us through their offerings, explained various mechanical features, and helped us pick out two exceptional chairs! I reached out to Max on a broken arm, and the chair is fixed and back in my home office in less than 24 hours.
