"Every single time for the passed few months, they been giving me COLD snackin bacon’s. It doesn’t matter if I get it delivered or order it on the spot, it’s always ice cold (not even lukewarm at the very least). Everytime I complain, they said they can’t take it back, which is understandable, but for one of y’all to say you can’t cook it for long to begin with is crazy, stop making it than. Monticello Dunkin never has that problem, but as a Liberty resident, I’m not tryna go to Monticello everyday to get something done correctly. I love 3 of y’all workers tho so I’ll let you rock."

"I tried to call to let them know. No one answered. They need to do some basic food safety training. I saw the woman behind the counter use the SAME SPOON to mix another person’s coffee and then mine! I asked her if they were the same type of drink and she said no! I have a food allergy . Ever hear of food safety and sanitation?!"

"This is the only local coffee spot so to say that should be a quick stop. Every time I stop (which used to be everyday) there is an issue. One time they had no donuts and the latte machine wasn't working. Most of the time they're out of the food items I order (because management can't seem to order enough for the amount of sales volume they have). Another time they had no food items because the toaster wasn't working. Management seems to be non existent and the crew is suffering from that. Today I received an Avocado toast with bacon and they weren't prepared or didn't take the time to prepare it correctly. (Modt of the time they forget the bacon."
