McDonald's

"McDonald's just...idk, it seems impossible to find a decent one anymore. Slow AF and they all ask you to pull forward and wait ten to fifteen minutes for your food. We were almost late to work even though we had twenty extra minutes when we first stopped, but we waited for 8 minutes behind one car, then whatever time at the window, then another 6 after pulling forward. It's not really fast food at that point."

"My recent visit to the standalone McDonald's was nothing short of exceptional. The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's evident that they take pride in delivering a great dining experience. The food was delicious, as always, and the restaurant's clean and inviting atmosphere made it an enjoyable meal. Five stars for this outstanding McDonald's!"

"I went to the counter to get a medium Dr. Pepper with no ice. I was charged $1.66, but the ticket didn't print in the kitchen. Instead of just filling up a cup with Dr. Pepper and handing it to me like a competent worker would, since I paid for it and whatnot, they refunded the money. I didn't want the money back, I wanted the drink - that's why I spent the money on the drink. That's how businesses operate. I could understand if they couldn't fulfill the order without a ticket if was extremely busy or if they were short-staffed, but neither were true. Their order screen only showed three orders with under 4 items on each, they had no delivery or pickup orders at the time, and they had over 6 workers in the kitchen including two different managers. On top of that, I went back in line with my girlfriend to figure out what happened, and the person in front of us ordered a large Coke and there were no qualms. There were some network connectivity issues happening, as the kiosks were rebooting, but a back of house issue isn't an excuse to not supply your customer with the order they paid for - especially when it was over something as simple as a drink with no ice. The connectivity issue couldn't have been too significant either as people before and after I ordered were able to get their meals. The employee who took my order went to one of the managers to troubleshoot with them, and I watched as the manager in question made a conscious decision to not complete my order, assumingly because pouring soda into a cup is too difficult to do without a visual aid. I worked in the service industry for over a decade, and if someone came up to me while I was on the floor or if I was behind the counter and told me that I forgot their drink, I'd apologize for the inconvenience and quickly get their drink to them - which is the bare minimum in terms of customer service. If that is too challenging for the managers at this McDonalds to do, they should seek employment elsewhere. Customer service clearly isn't the career path for them."

"New facade and looks great, but the service went from fast and courteous, to slow and impolite teenagers. My order hasn't been right in 5 consecutive trips. The food is cold and looks awful. Won't be using this location anymore."
