"Banking is fair, but It is the investment side that smells of bait and switch. They lie about rates. They lie about 'fixing' the problem. When they call the next day to confirm it is fixed, it is not. They sign you up with a cd and after it is printed and you see the rate us not as promised or in my case for my 3 month and 6 month cd rate was lower than my growth savings, they say oops too late, can't change it because it is already printed. Tomorrow I am going to close my cd accounts and move then to Fidelity where I will get 4.6 instead if 1.9 rate. It's no wonder their branches are closing.i do not support a bank that does not serve what is best for their customers."

"This is my local branch. Very friendly tellers and bankers and security guard. It's one of the few branches of PNC where you're not halted by a greeter who trys to steer you to an advanced ATM to make your deposit or withdrawal or show you how to use a mobile app. They say it saves you so much time. But what if I need a roll of quarters, or specific denomination of bills or I have a slip to hand in to order new checks? Plus I like interacting with people and filling out deposit slips takes a minute or two. You will not experience this at the Bloomfield branch, so refreshing."
